Description
Parsnips, like carrots and pumpkin are mild and ideal vegetables as baby's first weaning purée. Holle use only parsnips grown to the highest organic standards with demeter certification and are the best you can give your baby when he or she shows an interest in foods other than milk. Your baby will try only a small amount in the beginning and therefore these 125g jars leave hardly any waste. Ideal for taking into nursery, if you are too busy to cook yourself and want to give organic parsnips to your baby or to add to home-made mashed potatoes. Finely puréed and so easy for baby to digest.
The delicious aromas of the high quality ingredients used in all our Holle vegetable meals are retained through using a special closed cooking system, helping your child develop a love of good food.

No added sugar or salt, no milk protein, no binding agent, no yeast, no egg, no lactose.
Store in a cool, dry place. Unheated leftovers can be kept in the closed jar in the fridge for two days.
Preparation
1. Stir before use.
2. Warm a whole jar or a portion in a pot of boiling water.
3. Check feeding temperature.
4. Start feeding 2-4 teaspoons and increase the amount up to one jar.
To increase the availability of essential fatty acids Holle recommend fortifying with around 1 teaspoon of Weaning Oil per 100g of vegetable purée.
