How to Thicken a Sauce: 1. Mix 2-3 tsp of cornflour and 2-3 tsp of cold liquid until smooth. 2. Add slowly to warm liquid, heat and stir as it bubbles gently to thicken.
Replace lid and store in a cool dry place.
