Description
Alb Gold's lasagne sheets are made from 100% organically grown durum wheat. Super versatile, they can be used without pre-cooking to make a classic lasagne with minced meat or vegetables and béchamel sauce, or broken into pieces and added to a thick, bean soup, or parboiled briefly, rolled and stuffed with ricotta and spinach or cut into stripes to make tagliatelle.
