Children: (4 - 12 years): Chew 1 tablet daily.

Each tablet contains powdered dried juice of:
Acerola 480 mg, Passion Fruit 60 mg, Sea Buckthorn 10 mg, Prickly Gooseberry 1 mg, Blackcurrant 1 mg, Lemon 0.5 mg.
Also contains fructose, maltodextrin (from corn), maize starch and magnesium stearate(vegetable source) to 1030 mg.
1 tablet provides 100 mg vitamin C.
2 tablets provides 250% of adult NRV*
