Fruity Apricot Balls
Naturally-sweetened and easy to make, these healthy apricot balls are a delicious and filling snack for babies from 8 months, toddlers, kids, and adults alike.
FROM 8 MONTHS
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh apricots, pitted and puréed, or 2 handfuls of fresh berries (raspberries/strawberries)⠀
- 100 g Holle Organic Wholegrain Cereal Oat⠀
- 50 g ground nuts or seeds (Linwoods Organic Cold Milled Flaxseed, Sunflower, Pumpkin & Chia Seeds & Goji Berries)
- 35 g grated coconut ⠀
- 1 tbsp Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil⠀
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Method:
Mix everything together and form into balls or bars. Quick and easy, fruity and delicious!
