Over the Easter bank holiday enjoy a cosy brunch with the whole family: colourful eggs, fresh rolls and other delicacies taste particularly good when there is plenty of time to enjoy them. If you want to involve your children in the brunch preparations, MOGLi have a quick recipe ready for you that will definitely appeal to both young and old. Give it a try!

This is what you need:
250 g quark or a vegan quark alternative
A handful of cress
A pinch of salt + pepper
Some olive oil
A squeeze of lemon juice
MOGLi Spelt Pretzels


Method:

  1. Put the quark in a bowl.
  2. Cut the cress and stir it into the quark.
  3. Add a good dash of olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add a squeeze of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  6. Stir everything together.
  7. Dive into the spelt pretzels, dip them and enjoy!

 

Tip: Cress is easy to grow yourself. You can plant the seeds with your children a week in advance and watch the little green shoots grow. Check out MOGLi's step-by-step instructions.
