Spinach, Pear & Oats Frittata

Ingredients⁠:

2 organic eggs

1 handful baby spinach, finely chopped

3 tbsp Holle Organic Wholegrain Cereal Oat

1 tsp Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil

2 tbsp Holle Organic Fruit Jar Pure 100 % Pear

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Method:

Beat the eggs and mix in the oil and pear purée, then stir in the oats and spinach. Fry in a pan coated with oil for about 2 minutes on each side until the frittata is golden brown. Makes about 2 servings. Very tasty!
