Delicious Potato Cakes from the Holle Kitchen
A simple, wholesome and tasty recipe for all the family to enjoy which can be adapted for free-from diets by using gluten free flour and millet.
Ingredients
- 500g potatoes
- 100g spinach
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Holle Organic Baby Weaning Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 6 tablespoons Holle Organic Junior Muesli
- wholemeal flour as required
Method
- Boil and mash the potatoes, then stir in the egg and oil
- Fold in the Holle Junior Muesli and flour
- Cut the spinach into fine strips and fold in
- Form into cakes and fry on both sides until golden brown
- Season to taste
